Privacy Policy
Last updated October 17, 2026
This policy describes how IvyBox at https://box.ivyx.me handles information. It does not describe any other email product.
What the app can access
When you sign in, IvyBox receives the profile details needed to create your account, such as your name and email address, and permission to work with the mailbox you connect. If you connect Calendar or Drive, those services are used only for the features you turn on. The consent screen lists the exact permissions.
What is stored
This instance stores the account connection, settings, and the mailbox data it needs to label, draft, search, and show your inbox. That data stays in the database and cache configured for this deployment.
AI features
When you use drafting, labeling, or the assistant, the relevant message content is sent to the AI provider configured for this instance. That provider processes the content to produce the result. IvyBox does not sell your mailbox data and does not use Google user data to train general models.
Cookies
Sign-in uses a session cookie so you stay logged in. Optional analytics cookies are off unless this deployment turns them on.
Your choices
You can disconnect IvyBox from your Google Account permissions, or open Settings and choose Delete account to remove your account from this instance. Deleting the account here does not delete mail from your mailbox provider.
