Terms of Service
Last updated October 17, 2026
These terms cover IvyBox, the private email assistant at https://box.ivyx.me. They apply to this site only.
Using IvyBox
IvyBox connects to a mailbox you choose, such as Gmail, so it can organize mail, draft replies, and take the actions you turn on. Connect only accounts you are allowed to use. You are responsible for the messages the app sends or changes on your behalf.
Signing in means you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
Google data
IvyBox's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
The service
This instance is provided as-is. Features can change, and access can be suspended if it is needed to keep the service running. Mail still lives in your mailbox provider. Disconnecting IvyBox does not delete mail from Gmail or Outlook.
